This is the pre-cooked, dehydrated Rice Sevai (Rice String Hoppers). Just add boiling water and keep aside for 3 minutes. Then drain the water completely. Rice Sevai is ready to serve hot and fresh. Normally a seasoning of your choice is added to make coconut Sevai, Lemon Sevai, Curd Sevai, Cashew nut Sevai or Tamarind Sevai.
