Local Home Delivery Orders are processed within 24 to 48 Hours, Occassionaly - order delivery may be delayed further due to high demand. A 10% Cancellation fee will be charged on the the order, if customer decides to cancel without any fault of ours.

Delivery Driver will call once prior to dispatch & once while at the location. If customer is not home or does not answer phone/email - Driver will wait for maximum of 10 minutes.If we cannot contact the customer, then driver will return the order back to store. Customer is requested to curb side pick up for free the next day or pay another delivery fee to come back again in the next route. If refund is requested a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

In the event of an item not available, we may provide substitutions. These are price matched - not quantity matched. Staff will contact customer once over phone & email, However - if customer does not respond then we may either move forward with the substitions at our discretion or refund the item.

Once the order has been delivered, we expect our customers to check the contents ASAP. Contact our customer service department within 2 hours of receiving the package if there is an issue. Please take multiple pictures of the issue and provide complete details by sending E-mail to webstore@subhlaxmigrocers.com.

All refunds/exchanges MUST be authorized. Each issue is reviewed on a case by case basis and refund is approved or denied at our own discretion.
