Egg & Cheese Dosa
EGG AND CHEESE DOSA
Serving Size - 1


Ingredients:
Dosa Batter – 2 Spoonful
Ghee (Clarified Butter) – 1 tsp (You can use oil instead of Ghee)
Egg – 1
Cheese (Shredded) – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Black Pepper powder – as per taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, break an egg and add salt and pepper and beat it properly. Keep it on the side
Heat the Dosa pan or any flat pan
Pour Dosa Batter onto the center of the pan and spread evenly in circular motion
Pour oil or ghee around the Dosa
Pour beaten egg and spread it with a spoon all over the Dosa
Filp the Dosa and cook both side on medium flame
Then add shredded cheese over the Dosa and fold the Dosa in half
Egg and Cheese Dosa is ready to be served
Note:
You can also add finely chopped Onions, Green Chilies, Green Bell Peppers and Coriander Leaves to your Dosa
Do not flip the dosa after you add cheese or the cheese will stick on the pan
