ALOO PANEER BIRD NEST

Ingredients for NEST
- Potatoes – 5 (Boiled & Mashed)
- Grated Paneer – ¼ cup
- Onion – 1 (Chopped small)
- Bell Pepper – 1 (Any color – Chopped small)
- Green Peas – ½ cup (Boiled)
- Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
- Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Chili Paste - tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander – 2 tsp
- Chat Masala – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – ½ tsp
Ingredients/Coat for Nest Frying
- All Purpose Flour OR Corn Flour – 3 tbsp (Make a smooth batter with water)
- Vermicelli
Ingredients for EGGS

Paneer – 1 cup (grated)

Salt – as per taste

Pepper – as per taste

Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Ingredients for Plating
- Cilantro
- Mint & Coriander Chutney
- Ketchup
Instructions: For NEST
- In a bowl, add all the Ingredients of the NEST (Listed above)
o Mashed Potatoes, Grated Paneer, Chopped Onions, Chopped Bell Peppers, Green Peas, Chopped Cilantro, Ginger, Garlic, Chili Paste, Salt, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Red Chili Powder & Chat Masala and mix it well
o MAKE SURE TO TASTE THIS MIXTURE AND ADD SPICES AS PER YOUR TASTE. THE TASTE OF THIS DISH DEPENDS ON HOW FLAVORFUL YOUR NEST IS.
o Take some portion of this mixture on your hand and shape it like a nest
o Coat the Nest with Maida Batter and then coat it with Vermicelli
o Refrigerate it for 15 minutes (This is an Optional step)
o Then Fry them on medium flame until golden brown
o Nest is Ready
- Instructions for Eggs:
o In a bowl add grated Paneer, Salt, Pepper, Garam Masala and mix it well
o Roll them into small balls
o If the Ball starts to break you can add a little Cornstarch to the mixture or very lightly coat it with Maida or Corn Flour Batter, so it does not break when frying
o Fry the balls on Low flame and take them out quickly
o Eggs are Ready
- For Plating
o Take bird nest and put green chutney and coriander leaves and top it off with eggs
o Serve it with Ketchup
