Mango Mousse

MANGO MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS - SERVING SIZE : 2
Ripe Mango – Cut into pieces
Mango pulp – 1 cup (Fresh Mango Pulp or Deep-Frozen Mango Pulp)
Vanilla pudding – 1 cup (Snack Pack or Jell-O)
Whip cream
Walnut - Small pieces
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix mango pulp and Vanilla pudding by a whisker or in a grinder. Whisk it until thick
In a glass add fresh mango pieces and pour the mousse on it.
Spread whip cream over it
Add walnut pieces on top for garnishing
NOTE:
Mango pulp – You can use any kind of mango pulp (fresh, frozen or in a tin). Alphonso and Kesar taste the best.
