INGREDIENTS:

Paneer – 400gm (cut in small cubes) (Vadilal Paneer or Amul Paneer or Any of your choice)

Green Bell Peppers (Capsicum) – 1 (cut into small cubes)

Red Bell Pepper – 1 (cut into small cubes)

Onions (cut into cubes)

Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp

Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Salt – as per taste

Yogurt – 4 tsp

Ginger Paste – 2 tsp

Garlic Paste – 2 tsp

Chili Paste – 1-2 tsp

Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp

Lemon Juice – ½ tsp

Tikka Masala – 2 tsp (Aachi, Tikka Masala or Rasoi Magic Tikka Masala)

MARINATION # 1:

In a bowl, add Green Bell Peppers, Red Bell Peppers and Onions. Add Yogurt (2 tsp), Salt, Garam Masala (1/2 tsp), Ginger Paste (1 tsp), Garlic Paste (1 tsp), Chili Paste (1 tsp) and Tikka Masala (1 tsp) and mix it well. Keep on the side for 1 hour

MARINATION # 2:

In another bowl, put Paneer cubes. Add Yogurt (2 tsp), Salt, Garam Masala (1/2 tsp), Ginger Paste (1 tsp), Garlic Paste (1 tsp), Chili Paste (1 tsp), Turmeric Powder (1 tsp), Lemon Juice (1/2 tsp) and Tikka Masala (1 tsp) and mix it well. Keep on the side for 1 hour

In a pan, add Oil. Once the oil is hot, add Cumin Seeds (1 tsp)

Then add Marination # 1 and sauté it until Bell Peppers and Onions are a little softer (try to sauté on medium to high flame)

Then add Marination # 2 which consists on Paneer and sauté for another 5 minutes. Do not sauté more or else the paneer will become harder and chewy (try to sauté on medium to high flame)

NOTE:

Add spices according to your taste.

Marination #1 is optional. If you do not wish to marinate Bell Peppers and Onions, you can directly sauté them after adding Oil and Cumin Seeds. Just make sure the spices are as per the taste

You can make Paneer Tikka Roll/Paneer Kati Roll using this filling.
