Baked Falafel Wrap - @Lipsa Patel

Ingredients:
Tortilla - 3 (Ole’s xtreme wellness high fiber carb lean whole wheat and flax seed tortilla) or of your choice
Hummus (Sabra supremely spicy hummus) or of your choice
Falafel Sauce – (Nirav’s falafel sauce) or of your choice
Tahina Sauce – (Al Nakhil’s Tahina sauce) or of your choice
Falafel Mix to make falafel balls – (Tarazi falafel mix) or of your choice
Mix in a bowl:
Lettuce – ½ cup (shredded)
Onions – ¼ cup (chopped)
Cucumber – ¼ cup (Peeled and Chopped)
Tomato – ¼ cup (chopped)
Instructions to make Baked Falafel Balls
Mix 1 cup falafel mix with ¾ cup water. Let stand for 30 to 60 minutes. Make balls (approx. 2-inch round) by hand.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
On a baking sheet, spray olive oil and place the falafel balls. Spray the falafel balls lightly with olive oil
Bake for 25-30 minutes, rotating the pan at the halfway mark. Once baked, keep them on the side
Instructions to make Falafel stuffed Tortilla
On a tortilla, spread Hummus and Falafel sauce with a spoon
In the middle of the tortilla put the vegetable mix and falafel balls (brake them into small pieces). Spread tahina sauce all over
Fold the tortilla and make a wrap. Put the tortilla on a griller and grill it. Cut the falafel into half. Falafel wrap is ready
Note:
- You can fry the falafel balls if you do not wish to bake them
- If you do not have a griller, you can grill it on a pan
- You can use any kind flour tortilla, hummus, and tahina sauce
- If you do not find falafel sauce, you can use sriracha sauce
