All Nationwide orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. However, it might take a little bit longer depending on the availability

- ORDERS LESS THAN $100 AND LESS THAN 40LB WEIGHT - $4.99
- ORDERS LESS THAN $100 AND BETWEEN 40-80LB WEIGHT - $9.99
- ORDERS LESS THAN $100 AND OVER 80LB - $14.99
- ORDERS OVER $100 AND OVER 80LB WEIGHT - $2/LB shipping

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories.Opened products may be returned only if it contains a manufacturer's defect.Please note that all items such may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any partially used items will not be refunded.
Please note that if an order is returned to us by the shipping carrier as "undeliverable" or "refused," both actual outgoing and return shipping charges would be deducted from the original order total (regardless of amount paid for shipping). If the order is requested to be re-shipped, we may charge a "re-packaging fee" and additional shipping charge for the re-shipment.
Subhlaxmi Grocers return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damage. All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition. Subhlaxmi Grocers will refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our own error. Though we attempt to update all product images, we will not accept any returns due to item packaging for items received being different than shown on the web site.
