Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. However, it might take a little bit longer depending on the availability

 

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
a) USPS
b) UPS
c) FedEx

 

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.


Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. These are the negotiated rates from all the carriers. 



Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

 

 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you wish to return an item, kindly email us @ sales@subhlaxmigrocers.com with the below details:

·         Order No
·         Product name:
·        Product Number:
·         No of products to be returned
·        Nature of the problem (Reason for return) 
 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

If the item is being returned due to customer disatisfaction, customer ordered incorrect item or any other reason, returns are taken with a 5% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Any breakage would be customer's responsibility, as it is ours on the outbound shipment.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. 

Cookies and Browser Information 
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
